All items at decorNation are custom made to order. Please ensure that any design changes to your item are made prior to verifying your proof. The decorNation team will bend over backwards to ensure that your order will arrive in due time and packaged properly. Please note that most orders ship out within 3-5 business days. For personalized or hand made items the lead time is longer.
Return Policy
All items purchased on our website are refundable/exchangeable subject to the following terms and conditions:
Customer must notify decorNation of their intent to return or exchange the item by contacting us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will issue a return authorization code that must accompany the aisle runner upon return. We do not accept any returns or exchanges without this authorization code. This authorization code will be active for 5 days, and all returns or exchanges must be made during this time period. After the authorization code expires in 5 days, we will no longer accept the return/exchange. Returns must be sent postage or shipping prepaid.
Please ensure that you return/exchange includes the following:
1) The authorization code as provided by decorNation.
2) A copy of the wedding or event invitation as originally recorded when you placed the order. We do not accept any returns after your event date has passed.
Once we receive the returned item and our incoming inspection deems that the returned product is in brand new condition (determined solely at our discretion), we will issue a check or Pay Pal credit for the cost of the items ordered less the shipping costs that were charged to send your order, less the shipping and brokerage costs to return your order and less a 18% re-stocking fee. Please note, we are not responsible for damage or loss of the item due to shipping or handling. At decorNation we verify each product before it is shipped and take detail pictures of the item. We are not liable for any loss or theft incurred during transportation or shipping of the merchandise to you.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom aisle runners, be it hand painted, monogrammed or custom length. All sales are FINAL on these orders once payment has been processed.
